Solva is free, needs no account, and asks nothing of you. These terms are short because there is not much to agree to.
Using the site
Play as much as you like, share your results anywhere, and tell whoever you want. You do not need permission for any of that — it is the point.
What we ask in return: do not attempt to break, overload or automate against the site, and do not republish the puzzles as your own.
What belongs to whom
The games, the name, the design and the code are ours. The facts inside the puzzles — heights, dates, distances — belong to nobody; we just arrange them.
No promises about uptime
This is a small project run by one person. It may go down, change, or lose a feature you liked. Your progress lives only in your own browser, so treat it as something that can disappear — it is a game, not a bank.
Liability
Solva is provided as it is, without warranty. We are not liable for any loss arising from using it, to the extent the law allows.
